Welcome to Consult n Deal. For the past twenty years, we have been working in the real estate sector with the primary goal of building a relation of trust with our clients and providing them the right investment opportunity at the right time. Our journey began when our Director, Mr. Muhammad Moeen established the first office of Consult n Deal back in 1995, as a means of developing his own business. Ever since then, Mr. Moeen and our team of highly experienced individuals have worked tirelessly to not just earn a living but also garner the respect of our peers and competitors while doing so. In 2010, we relocated our main office to Lake City, where the core values of our business, coupled with our position as the authorized property consultants of Lake City transformed us into becoming a brand that endorses sincerity and fair-dealing.
As one of the earliest firms operating in Lake City, we have always maintained a great rapport with our clients as well as associates. Like any business, we witnessed several periods of growth and faced many downfalls too. But we have always believed in the phenomenon that ‘neither success nor failure is permanent; you should accept both with the same graciousness and not let either get the better of you’. Hence, regardless of ever being in either one of these situations, we continued to establish a solid market presence, as a result of which, we are currently the market-leading firm of Lake City.
We analyze and evaluate future growth potential in the market and take the necessary steps to ensure that we stay ahead of the competition, thereby maintaining our position as the market-leading realtors in Lake City. The backbone of every successful business is its team. Thus, it goes without saying that Consult n Deal owes a large part of its success to its team that consists of some highly competitive and experienced agents. In the past decade, as we expanded our business entity and became a registered property brokerage firm, we subsequently set new benchmarks in the real estate investment business, i.e. many of the other, relatively newer firms look up to be where we are today as.
